ELSPublishing is an open science platform that welcomes universities, research institutes, and scholars to apply to create or deposit their journals in order to assist in the establishment of high-quality, influential journals and promote the development of open science. Submitting a proposal is not as cumbersome as you might think. You simply need to prepare the following information:

• Your affiliation name.
• Your email address.
• Detailed information about the journal you are requesting, including the full journal title. Please describe the journal in as much detail as possible so that we can gain a clear understanding of it.
